01Do I need a machine to use NCpack?+
No. NCpack is designed for machine-free use. Foam activation and mixing take place inside the pack, so no dispensing machine or compressor is required.
02How do I select the right NCpack code?+
We assess the product dimensions, inner carton dimensions, weight, fragility and the required type of support. The final selection is confirmed with a sample or field trial.
03Do you sell individual packs?+
NCpack is supplied by the case for B2B customers. Depending on the project volume, sample, standard case and custom project options can be evaluated.
04Can more than one pack be used in a carton?+
Yes. Large, heavy or highly sensitive products may require multiple NCpack units for bottom support, side support and top cushioning.
05Can you provide a sample application?+
Yes. Once we receive your product and carton information, we identify suitable candidate sizes and confirm the placement through a sample application.
